FilAm Fest PDX is a cultural festival nonprofit dedicated to honoring the rich history, heritage, and contributions of Filipino Americans in Oregon. Our mission is to foster unity, cultural pride, and cross‑cultural understanding across the state’s diverse communities. In addition to producing Oregon’s first Filipino American festival, FilAm Fest PDX collaborates year‑round with community partners to uplift Filipino voices and stories.

Taking over Pioneer Courthouse Square in the heart of downtown Portland, this landmark celebration normally marks Filipino American History Month with a joyful, high-energy tribute to Filipino culture, community, and pride. With over 40,000 Filipino Americans calling Oregon home, this annual event was created to unite, uplift, and celebrate our shared heritage in a space that’s vibrant, welcoming, and full of fun for all ages.

The annual festival features live entertainment, cultural performances, Zumba sessions, a runway-ready fashion show, a curated selection of Filipino food vendors, retail booths, and interactive games for the whole family.
